Well, last night we went to our first visit with Judith our midwife! It was wonderful and exciting and......got me even more pumped for sure. Aside from all the normal paperwork etc....we got to hear the heart beat!!!! It was THE MOST awesome feeling ever to hear OUR little baby alive healthy and growing away inside me! :D Incredible how God can create something so amazing, so beautiful, and so intricate!!! I am 13 weeks along now! Only one week over three months!
Life is slowly getting back to somewhat of what you might be able to call normal! :) At least the morning sickness I BELIEVE is all completely over hopefully. I just need to creep back into cooking again (some smells still TOTALLY turn me off) and cleaning house and not fight the exhaustion that hits me every day leaving me feeling like a lazy bed potato! :) I sleep in late every morning, take naps and then crash that night pretty early. But hopefully as this month goes on I'll get more energy back into me now that I am on my second trimester! I do so wish I had family living closer than 4 hours away from me though I know some have it much worse! I would be keeping my sisters busy for sure! I tell Mom all the time when I'm talking to her that my kitchen is still waiting for all those hands! :) It makes life a little pouty though when she tells me all these delicious things she just cooked or that they are all cutting up gallons of fresh juicy peaches that afternoon! lol :P Mean Mommy! :D
Well, this Friday Sam has the Friday off!!!!!! First one since our honeymoon so I am VERY much looking forward to that! I got to come to work with him today which I enjoy doing every once in a while. Gives me time to be with him but catch up on the computer and such! :) He is still working his brain out though it is past 5:00. Blepo has been OVERLY busy lately and well.....lets just leave it with they need LOTS and LOTS of prayer! :D
